Data Deletion

⬅ Back to app

This page explains how you can revoke access for the Calendar Export Tool and request deletion of your data from our systems.

1. Revoke Google access

To remove the app's access to your Google account, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Google Account settings.
  2. Navigate to the "Security" section.
  3. Find "Third-party access" or "Apps with access to your account".
  4. Locate the Calendar Export Tool and select "Remove access".

This immediately revokes our ability to access your Google Calendar data via the Google APIs.

2. Request deletion of stored data

If you want us to delete data stored on our side, please send an email from the same Google account you used in the app to:

support@monoapps.online

In your request, please specify that you would like to delete your Calendar Export Tool data and include the Google email address associated with your account. After verifying your request, we will delete your data as described below.

3. What exactly is deleted

Once we confirm your deletion request, we will remove the following data from our systems:

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens linked to your user ID.
  • Stored user profile information used inside the app (such as your Google account ID, email, name and picture).
  • Export logs associated with your account, including the history of your export operations (number of events, date ranges, calendars selected, technical status).

We do not keep backups or secondary copies of this data after deletion is complete, apart from any logs required by law or for basic security auditing, which do not contain full calendar content.

4. Timeframe for deletion

We aim to process and complete your deletion request within 48 hours of confirming your identity and receiving your email. In some cases, it may take slightly longer due to technical or legal constraints, but we will make reasonable efforts to complete it as quickly as possible.

5. Effect of deletion

After deletion is complete:

  • You will no longer be able to use the app with the deleted account unless you connect it again as a new user.
  • Your previous export history will no longer be available.
  • Any locally saved Excel files that you previously downloaded will remain on your own devices and are under your control.
