Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Calendar Export Tool ("we", "us", or "the service"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service description

The Calendar Export Tool allows you to connect your Google account, read your Google Calendar events and export them to Excel files with filtering and formatting options. The service is intended for personal and business use to simplify reporting and planning based on calendar data.

2. Acceptable use

• You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
• You must not attempt to circumvent billing, rate limits, security mechanisms or access data that does not belong to you.
• You are responsible for any data you export and for how you store, share or further process the resulting files.
• You must not use the service to build a competing API, service or product by scraping or reverse engineering our functionality.

3. Billing and credits

The app may offer free usage limits as well as paid credit-based plans or unlimited plans. Details of pricing, credits and limitations are shown on the Billing page. By purchasing credits or a plan, you agree to the displayed conditions.

All prices and billing conditions may change over time. Any changes will apply only to future purchases and will be clearly reflected on the Billing page before you pay.

4. No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, although we do our best to keep it stable and reliable. We do not provide any guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of exported data, as it depends on the underlying Google Calendar information.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonoApps and the Calendar Export Tool are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

6. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, in particular if we detect misuse, abuse, security risks, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with Google's policies.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If material changes are made, we may notify you via the app interface or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
