Privacy Policy
⬅ Back to appThis Privacy Policy explains how the Calendar Export Tool ("we", "us", or "the service") collects, uses and protects your information when you connect your Google account and export Google Calendar events to Excel.
1. Data we collect
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Email address and basic profile information if you contact us.
- Any additional information you send us via support channels (support@monoapps.online).
1.2 Information obtained from Google when you connect your account
- Google Account ID (sub), email address, name and profile picture.
- Google Calendar event data needed for export, including event titles, start and end times, time zones, attendees, calendar identifiers, and other non-sensitive event metadata.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to access your calendars on your behalf.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. We access only the scopes necessary to provide the export functionality, in line with Google's policies.
2. How we use your data
- To authenticate you with your Google account.
- To read your Google Calendar events and generate Excel exports based on the filters and settings you choose in the app.
- To show your connected account (name, email, picture) in the UI.
- To keep a minimal export history (number of events, date range, selected calendars, status) so that you can review your past exports and for billing and diagnostics.
3. Data storage and retention
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to access Google Calendar on your behalf for the purpose of exporting events.
- Export logs store only aggregated information (date/time of export, number of events, date range, selected calendars, status, technical metadata). We do not permanently store full event contents for analytics or resale.
- We retain your tokens and export logs while your account remains active. If you request deletion, we remove them as described on the Data Deletion page, typically within 48 hours.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data or calendar data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is used exclusively to provide the service and to maintain security, diagnostics and billing.
5. Cookies and session data
The app uses session cookies or similar mechanisms to keep you logged in and to associate your browser session with your user account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can control cookies via your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent the app from functioning correctly.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including the secure storage of OAuth tokens and restricting access to production systems to authorized personnel only. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
- You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account security settings.
- You can request deletion of your stored tokens and export logs as described on the Data Deletion page.
- You may contact us at any time with questions about your data privacy.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. In case of material changes, we may notify you via the app or by email where appropriate.
